My prior Business Board Member Affiliations:

  • Cooper Norman, a PLLC – a former founding member and the Managing Member for this regional CPA firm.  During Dave's 36-year association the firm grew to a full-service accounting firm with three Idaho offices and 90 people.  Dave sold his interest in Cooper Norman in 2009.

  • Crossroads of Idaho, Inc. – a former member of the Board of Directors and CEO of this franchised 24/7 PETRO truck stop business near Twin Falls, Idaho.  The truck stop business was sold to Flying J in 2000.

  • Idaho Housing and Finance Association – a former member of the Board of Commissioners and Board Chairman of this quasi-governmental, not-for-profit company that provides more than $200M per year in bond financed home mortgages for low income Idaho residents and managed Idaho’s multi-family tax credit program.  Dave was appointed to three four-year Commission terms by three different Idaho Governors.
